No wonder there are hospital germs

I AM writing about the smokers who sit outside IRH smoking.

It is a disgrace, sitting with slippers and night clothes on. The cigarette ends thrown in the entrance are disgusting.

They wonder how MRSA is rife in hospitals, easy! There are germs being carried on slippers from these smokers. It shouldn"t be allowed. Can"t they even stop this after having surgery?

Another complaint. My son was visiting last week and went to the toilet. As he was washing his hands a porter came in, used the loo, and walked out without washing his hands! The mind boggles.
