JAI Quitongo is reportedly on the radar of several English clubs, according to sources down south.
Roy Hodgson’s Crystal Palace are the latest side to be linked with the 20-year-old — a list that already included the likes of Swansea City, Doncaster Rovers and Wigan Athletic.
The young striker has made a blistering start to the new Championship campaign for Morton, netting a 90th-minute winner against league leaders Dunfermline last week.
Quitongo added to his tally with another stunning winner against Queen of the South on Saturday.
Doncaster Rovers had an offer booted into touch by the Greenock men last summer, with the club stating the bid was ‘below his market value’.
But with the Scotland Under-21s cap out of contract at the end of the season, fresh interest in him appears to be building.
Quitongo has been in terrific form since storming back from a six-month lay-off with a knee injury. Brighton, Preston and Hull City are also rumoured to be interested in the forward.
