JIM Duffy says he would happily take a repeat of the stuffy 1-0 win over Brechin City at Glebe Park back in October if it guaranteed victory for the Ton.

The Greenock men travel north to face against Darren Dods’ side, who are yet to record a league victory this term.
But the Ton boss won’t be taking City lightly and wouldn’t scoff at a hard-fought three points.

He said: "It's a match against a team who are going to be determined to get their first win of the season and we want to make sure it's not against us.

"They've been unlucky in one or two games so there's still a good spirit and desire there from their players.

"It'll be a game where we're expected to do well and that sort of game causes different problems.

"We played well the last time we were up there but it took a late goal from Andy to get us over the line. If we can do that again I'll be delighted."
