It was a great night on Tuesday for Chris Mackay as he crashed through the magical four-minute mile barrier at Greenock Glenpark Harrier"s Chisholm Mile.

Approaching the final 200 metres, Mackay unleashed a change of pace which took him clear of the Central athlete to break the tape in a breathtaking three minutes and 56 seconds.
