GREENOCK recovered from another league defeat on Saturday when they won this Scottish Cup tie at Stirling on Sunday.
They restricted the hosts to 169 all out in 46 overs, Tony Judd taking three for 38.
In reply, Greenock got the runs in 43.3 overs, finishing on 172 for two wickets. Cameron Borgas was unbeaten on 47 with Willie Rowan 46 not out.
Richie Berrington had opened with 37 runs.
