MORTON are today awaiting news of their Scottish Cup quarter final opponents after reaching the last eight for the first time since 1999.

Ton made it through on Saturday after taking League Two side Annan Athletic apart with a convincing 4-1 victory.

A hat-trick from Stefan McCluskey sent the Greenock men on their way, with Joe McKee also finding the net in a very comfortable win.

Celtic, Ross County, Inverness and Dundee United have also booked their places in the draw, while replays will be needed to settle the ties between Hibs and Hearts, Dundee and Dumbarton and Kilmarnock and Rangers.

The draw - to be conducted by former Celtic star Lubo Moravcik - takes place at Hampden at 6.30pm this evening, and the Tele will bring you the details.
