MORTON striker James Grady believes Dundee boss Jocky Scott is playing mind games after he more or less said his team were out of the title race at the weekend.
The Dens men, who visit Cappielow on Saturday, dropped two points in a draw at Ross County.
Dundee then met Dunfermline at East End Park last night, drawing 1-1 to close the gap to seven points.
Grady said: 'I worked under Jocky. I know he has said the gap is now too much for Dundee to catch up, but he will try and win every game from now on in. He"ll have Dundee fired up.'
And Grady also believes there remains an outside chance Morton can close the gap in the final six games.
He said: 'St Johnstone and Partick meet on Saturday and if Partick win then the pressure will really be on.
'We have to hope we can win our six remaining games and finish as high as possible. Who knows what might happen?
'Our fans have been fantastic. They can be difficult to please at times, but they are great and I think they know we have given value for money at Cappielow.
'I don"t think anyone will come to Cappielow looking to pick up three points.
'We meet all the top sides in the run-in and will definitely have a say in who wins it.
'That"s what you want as a player. You don"t want games where there is nothing to play for.
'It"s important we go out and keep our season going. If we take 18 points from the next six games we will definitely be within touching distance of the title.'
