Welshman Samuel was revealed as a Ton target in today's Tele and arrived in Greenock around 3.30pm this afternoon.
The 19-year-old completed his move moments ago and could be set to turn out for the Under-20s in tonight's Development League fixture against Queen of the South.
Jim Duffy said: “We’re delighted to have signed Alex Samuel on loan from Swansea until January."
