MORTON took another massive step towards the Ladbrokes Championship play-offs with an impressive 2-0 win over fellow promotion hopefuls Raith Rovers at Cappielow on Saturday.
A Ross Forbes cross that evaded everyone — including keeper Kevin Cuthbert — and a header from new signing Lawrence Shankland wrapped up the points for Ton.
