CLYDEBANK kid Daryl Smith is another new addition to the Morton youth academy and has been brought to the club in order to provide competition between the sticks and with next season in mind.

The 15-year-old goalkeeper has made one appearance for the Under-15s to date, and head of youth Derek Anderson says he has high hopes for the talented shot-stopper.
