THE summer tennis camps organised by Ardgowan and Fort Matilda Tennis Clubs have proved to be a smash hit with numbers up to the maximum spaces available in glorious sunshine.
The camps run for six weeks, with the final week taking place at Fort Matilda Tennis Club from Monday.
Chris Jewell from Ardgowan Tennis Club said: “The camps have proved once again to be great fun and thoroughly enjoyed by the children. They run Monday to Friday from 10am to noon for five to nine-year-olds and from 12.30 to 2.30pm for 10 to 14-year-olds.
“The cost is £20 for the week or £5 per day and there is a reduction to £15 for the week for any other children in the same immediate family also coming for the week.” Pictured are the five to nine-year-olds at Ardgowan Tennis Club this week, together with some of the coaches taking the sessions. Places are very limited for the final week, aided by the good weather and the success of the camps.
