Rashid struck with his fourth ball to trap Sam Hain lbw as the Bears reached the 10-over mark at 81 for two but fell short despite Ian Bell and Adam Hose scoring 42 and 43 respectively.

Martin Guptill struck 102 from just 38 balls as Worcestershire demolished Northamptonshire.

The New Zealander reached his ton in 35 balls, one ball outside Andrew Symonds’ record for an English domestic Twenty20 match and the joint-fourth quickest mark ever.
