GREENOCK’S Chris Doak shot a closing round of 72 in the Dubai Desert Classic yesterday.
It followed the Greenock golfer’s 71 on Saturday, and left him six under par for the tournament.
Chris was tied for 41st place, with prize money of just over 10,000 euros. The tournament was won by his fellow Scot Stephen Gallacher, who successfully defended the title he won 12 months ago. Gallacher finished -16, one shot clear of Argentina’s Emiliano Grillo.
