Curling at the Waterfront tomorrow.

FOLLOWING on from the Winter Olympics in Vancouver, the Royal Caledonian Curling Club has sponsored and organised Come and Try Sessions in all the curling rinks in Scotland this weekend.

So, tomorrow everybody is invited to the Waterfront Leisure and Fitness Centre to try their hand at the roaring game.

There are two sessions - 5.40pm and 8pm - participants should allow about two hours per session.

No special equipment is needed as the Waterfront will supply everything.

They ask only that participants wear warm, loose clothing and bring a clean pair of trainers for wearing on the ice.

Plenty of RCCC coaches will be there to help introduce everyone to the sport of curling - and details of follow-up lessons and further training will be provided.
