THOMPSON Peacefully at Ardgowan Hospice, surrounded by his loving family, after a long illness bravely fought, John, beloved husband to Ann Marie, a much loved dad to Paul, John and Carly, a loving father in law to Claire, Brian and Emma, a loved step dad to Matthew and Paula, adored granda to Honor, Logan and Harrison and a dear friend to many. John will be received into St Ninian's R.C. Church, Gourock from the Co-op Funeralcare on Sunday 21st October 2018 at 6pm for Vigil Prayers. Funeral Mass on Monday 22nd October at 10am, to which all family and friends are respectfully invited and thereafter to Knocknairshill Cemetery arriving approximately 11.15am for committal. Family request in lieu of flowers, donations to Ardgowan Hospice if desired.
