McELROY Canon John Peacefully at Inverclyde Royal Hospital on Saturday 13th April 2019, Canon John McElroy, Priest of the Diocese of Paisley, loving brother of Maureen and all relatives and friends in Ireland and Scotland, latterly resident in the Holy Rosery Residence Home under the care of The Little Sisters, Greenock. Fortified by the Rites of Holy Church. R.I.P. Reception and Vigil Prayers at St Mary's R.C. Church, Paisley tonight, Tuesday 16th April at 7pm. Funeral Mass on Wednesday at 12 noon. Thereafter to St Conval's Cemetery, Barrhead.
