I also had the greatest of pleasures working with Jim in both SSEB and Scottish Power. Jim was a true Gentleman always and a fabulous work colleague. Years later I had the pleasure once again in meeting Jim and his beloved wife in a cafe and had the opportunity to tell him after many years not seeing or working together - just how grateful I am for knowing him and being my work colleague. My fondest memories I shared with him and my deepest respect. Miss him. Miss those great days working with him. May you rest in peace Jim. My deepest condolences to Mrs Houlihan and your family...... Jimmy Brown.

Worked with big Jim in SSEB and Scottish Power. Met him quite a few times in the Vic Bar. Never ever walked passed you. He always said hello. Lovely guy. RIP.
