McNEIL - Mary Jack and family would like to thank Rev Teri Peterson for an uplifting and comforting funeral service. Special thanks to Alistair Grant and staff at P B Wright & Sons for funeral arrangements and to the Tontine Hotel for Catering. We would also like to express our thanks to the care workers from the Karma and Cottage agencies, whose aptitude and diligent service enabled Mary to remain comfortable at home during her long, debilitating illness. The family also appreciated the stimulation work carried out by the staff at Alzheimer's Scotland Inverclyde. Mary enjoyed her days at the Finch Road Centre and Westburn Church Hall. Alas the pandemic curtailed these activities but they still continued to inspire by telephone calls, monthly postings and online, a herculean effort. The cheerfulness and integrity of both groups of workers was inspiring to the family. Last but not least thank you to all relatives and other friends for cards and other expressions of sympathy on the passing of Mary.
