Further information on the proposal will be available at a public event being held at Muirkirk Primary School, Burns Avenue, Muirkirk, KA18 3RH on 17 December 2019 from 16:00 to 19:00. Any person wishing to make comments relating to the proposal or wishing to obtain further information may do so by contacting

by 20 December 2019. Comments made are not representations to the planning authority (East Ayrshire Council). If a planning application is submitted there will be an opportunity to make representations on that application to the planning authority at the time.
