(WILLIAMWOOD & SOUTH GIFFNOCK) (ON-STREET) (WAITING AND LOADING) ORDER 2020

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on 17 January 2020 in exercise of the powers conferred on them by Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), Section 32 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and of all other enabling powers the East Renfrewshire Council made "The East Renfrewshire Council (Williamwood & south Giffnock) (On-Street) (Waiting and Loading) Order 2020" which comes into operation on 1 March 2020.

The effect of the Order is as described in the Notice published in

The Glasgow EveningTimes newspaper dated 29 July 2019.

A copy of the Order as made is available for inspection on the East Renfrewshire Council's website,

parking, and at the following locations and times (except on public or local holidays):

Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm 4.45pm, Friday 8.45am - 3.55pm ANY PERSON wishing to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant enabling Act or that a requirement of any such enabling

Act or any relevant regulations made thereunder has not been

complied with may, within 6 weeks from

the date on which the Order was made,

make application for the purpose to the East^. -
