Barr Environmental Invites the public to take part In the consultation for the proposed Kllloch Energy Recovery Park, a state-of-the-art waste management facility to deal with non-recyclable local waste including installation of an energy recovery facility with associated stack and ancillary infrastructure, to be located at Barr Environmental's existing premises at Killoch, Ochiltree, Cumnock, East Ayrshire, KA18 2RL. The ongoing Covid-19 restrictions mean we will be holding the consultation online. The consultation website at

The consultation will open on Wednesday 2nd December 2020 and closes at 5PM on Wednesday 20th January 2021. Please note that any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to East Ayrshire Council and when the prospective applicant submits a planning application there will be an opportunity to make direct representations to East Ayrshire Council's Planning and Economic Development Division.
