TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2013 AND THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (MISCELLANEOUS TEMPORARY MODIFICATIONS) (CORONAVIRUS) (SCOTLAND) REGULATIONS 2020 Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant: Proposed residential development with associated access, parking, landscaping, open space and drainage at Grounds of Former St Michael's Primary School, Cardross Road, Dumbarton. Due to current Covid-19 restrictions, and following Scottish Government guidance, a community consultation event will be held online to avoid social distancing constraints. The event can be accessed at www.cardrosshousing.co.uk and the website will be open for questions and comments for a period of 21 days from 27 April 2021 until 18 May 2021. This will include a day of live interaction on 27 April 2021 between the hours of 10am until 4pm and also on 29 April 2021 between the hours of 2pm until 8pm where members of the project team will be available to answer questions and interact with the local community through a live chat function.
