DEMOLITION work has started to tear down blocks of flats at a former Greenock housing estate.
Crews have started tearing down the buildings in Peat Road, Kenilworth Crescent and Hole Farm.
The blocks are owned by River Clyde Homes but were deemed no longer fit for purpose.
Numbers 6, 8, 10 and 12 Peat Road are among the properties being demolished along with a135 and 137 Kenilworth Crescent plus one unit of 10 flats at Hole Farm Road.
