CHRISTMAS came early for one Greenock schoolboy after he won the hospice’s festive card competition.
Arty Ewan Ferguson, a pupil at Ardgowan Primary, impressed judges with an eye-catching design after his school set the creative challenge.
The eleven-year-old’s picture is gracing Ardgowan Hospice’s official Christmas cards, which are now on sale.
A pack of 10 cards costs £3.50, or £10 for three packs. They can be bought at the Access Centre reception and hospice shops. Ewan also scooped some fabulous presents for himself, including lunch for two at KFC, a pair of cinema passes and a skate and swim for two at the Waterfront Leisure Complex, which were kindly donated. Special thanks to judges Maureen Armstrong, Iain Mills and Maureen McGeehan.
