NURSERY children were in festival mood for their end of term tea in the Wellpark.
The Wellpark Children’s Centre organised a day of fun before the summer holidays begin.
Parents had organised a number of fundraisers, including a silent auction, and raffle to support the party.
Deputy head of centre Ann-Marie Cunningham said: “It was a great day.
“We would like to thank the parents for fundraising for us. It gave us the chance to have a bigger celebration this year.”
At Tea in the Wellpark the youngsters were entertained by music teacher Lynette Beaton, of Prominence Academy of Performing Arts.
They also jumped on board a playbus, as well as having their faces painted and enjoyed other treats on the day.
Ann-Marie added: “It was a chance for the children to say goodbye to their friends who are off to school.”
