ONLOOKERS watched as police rushed to a main road in Gourock after reports of a violent disturbance.
Several police vehicles rushed to Shore Street, near the former Albert Hotel, around 3pm yesterday.
Officers were seen standing beside a man who was sitting on a bench near the bridge over the railway line.
An ambulance was also called to the scene.
Police said they were called following reports of two men fighting.
They said one of the men sustained injuries during the incident.
