A GREENOCK woman charged with assaulting a man to severe injury by throwing a plate at him is to go on trial later this month.
Demi-Leigh Cameron, 18, is also said to have also shouted, swore and placed people in a state of fear and alarm.
Prosecutors say that the plate struck the man on his hand during an alleged incident at a flat on Wellington Street on May 6 last year.
Cameron, of Inverkip Road, maintained pleas of not guilty to the allegations through lawyer Aidan Gallagher.
The case is due to be heard on April 26.
