A MAGICAL winter wonderland was created at a Port Glasgow school.
Festive fun was the order of the day at St Michael's Primary as pupils joined their families and school staff for their annual fete.
Maria Moses, who teaches the P2/1 class, says it's a great way to bring the community together.
She added: "This is our winter wonderland fete to raise money for school funds.
"The whole school participates and each class makes crafts to sell and the parent council helps to set it up.
"Everyone pitches in. It's always very popular with former pupils."
Primary seven pupil Nadine Ali said she has enjoyed producing and selling her own crafts.
The 10-year-old said: "I made decorative trees and scented candles and I enjoyed selling too."
Karen Henry, a classroom assistant at the school, and pupil Niamh Crawford, turned heads with their 'hair-raising' Christmas tree hair styles.
Miss Henry said: "Niamh, who is a P7 pupil, came up with the idea to do Christmas tree hair."
Karen Kearns, school support staff worker, says it's always a fantastic to see everyone full of Christmas spirit.
She said: "We always have a great turn out."
