FIREFIGHTERS rushed to another serious house blaze in Inverclyde this evening.
The fire happened at a house in Banff Road in Larkfield and has caused extensive damage to the property.
It was reported around 4pm and emergency services rushed to the call-out and closed off the street.
Onlookers at the scene say that the occupants managed to get out of the building.
No information was immediately available from the fire service or police.
This is the third house fire in the area in a matter of days, following fatal incidents in Greenock’s Inverkip Road and Gourock’s Albert Road over the weekend.
