INVERCLYDE businesses are being invited to attend the launch of The Bee’s Knees Awards 2019.

Launched by Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce, the awards aim to shine a light on local business success and talent.

The launch of the awards, now in its sixteenth year, will give those who attend an opportunity to learn more about the awards including the new line up of categories and sponsors.

Representatives from last years winner and finalists, Inverclyde Chamber board members and award sponsors will attend the launch to share their knowledge of the awards.

The free-to-attend launch event will be held in The Beacon Arts Centre on Wednesday, February 13 from noon until 2pm.

Gavin McDonagh, President of Inverclyde Chamber of Commerce said: “The Bee’s Knees awards are all about celebrating the dynamic businesses operating in Inverclyde by showcasing their resilience, innovation and success.

“Entering the Bee’s Knees is free and a great way to positively market your organisation locally whilst offering businesses the fantastic opportunity to come together.

"We are inviting businesses to utilise this networking opportunity by bringing along staff members, business colleagues and customers.

"We want businesses to share their positive news, not just about their own organisation but also about other successful businesses here in Inverclyde and provide a platform to celebrate.”

The awards ceremony will take place on Friday, June 7 in the Marquee at the Chartroom at Kip Marina, Inverkip.
