A LORRY shed some of its load on a busy Port Glasgow road.
The incident happened at around 10.15am yesterday on the outside lane of the A8 Greenock Road at the roundabout next to the Kingston Dock housing estate and the Port retail park.
The section of carriageway was closed for more than an hour until the items that had fallen off the lorry were recovered.
It caused a build-up of traffic on the busy main road.
The goods were recovered and put back on the lorry just before 11.40am.
