Dead body found outside high flats in Greenock
POLICE are making inquiries after a man's body was found on the ground at a block of high flats in Greenock.
Police are investigating after the grim discovery was made by a member of the public at Prospecthill Court on Ann Street.
The person who saw the body contacted police around 12.45am.
Officers say the death is not being treated as suspicious.
Formal identification has still to take place.
Any witnesses are urged to contact the police on 101.
