A GREENOCK man accused of being in charge of a car whilst unfit through drink or drugs is said to have been in possession of cocaine and a knife at the time.
Prosecutors say Gavin Beaton, 32, committed the alleged offences within a Volkswagen motor caravan at the BP Garage on Inverkip Road last September.
Beaton, of Brougham Street, has pleaded not guilty through lawyer Aidan Gallagher.
A trial is due to take place on April 1.
