POLICE arrested a woman in her 60s following an alleged serious assault in Greenock.
A 63-year-old female faces prosecution on suspicion of attacking a man aged 54 following a disturbance within a house in Lyle Street just before 5am on Sunday.
The victim was taken to hospital with hand injuries.
