A GREENOCK man has been charged with stealing a key to his ex-partner's home.
Daniel Breakell, 21, is said to have committed the alleged theft at a property elsewhere in the town on June 1.
Breakell, of Lyle Street, has pleaded not guilty through lawyer Aidan Gallagher and is due for trial on July 3.
