Greenock CID are looking into the incident
POLICE have launched a probe after a van was torched on a Greenock street in the dead of night.
The incident happened in Larkfield in the early hours of today.
A spokesman from Greenock CID said: “Around about 2.50am this morning, a van in Auchmead Road was set on fire.
“It is being treated as a wilful fire and we’re appealing for any witnesses to come forward or anyone with dash cam footage.”
