THERE were tricks and treats for those who attended a Halloween party at a Greenock care home.
Staff at Alt-Na-Craig House run their party every year for residents and their friends and family.
This year's was a spooky smash with everyone making a special effort to dress to impress.
All ages took part in the activities which included pass the parcel and dooking for apples.
The children took part in a Halloween parade before the residents got together to decide who was the best dressed.
Eleanor Pickett, recreational therapist at the home, was delighted to see such a strong turnout.
She said: “My colleague Sandra and I organise the event every year. It is something that the residents and staff always look forward to and everyone has a great time.
“The residents love seeing the children dressed up and having fun. There is always a smile on everyone's face as they interact and chat with the youngsters.
“Everyone seemed to have a really good time and we are delighted to say it was another successful year.”
