TALENTED pupils honoured top Scots as they held a patriotic party to celebrate St Andrew's Day.
The assembly at Aileymill Primary was inspired by the Greatest Showman.
Primary five pupils led the annual event and changed the famous musical's words to St Andrew the Greatest Scot.
There was hardly a seat to be had in the packed assembly hall as the rest of the school watched the show.
Comic compere Brayden Henderson and Abbie Kane were also a big hit.
Country dancers from P7 entertained parents and grandparents with their display and the event ended on a rousing note with a sing-song.
Primary five teachers Lauren Anderson and Stephanie Roy, who led the celebration, were thrilled with its success.
Stephanie who teaches 5B, said: "Everyone did such a fantastic job.
"The children have been working their socks off.
"It's one of the busiest assemblies I can remember."
"Our head teacher Catriona Miller was very proud of all the children."
