LITTLE stars shone brightly at a beautiful school nativity.
The pint-sized performers at St Michael's Primary had the audience in the Christmas spirit with their heartwarming performance.
Before the curtain went up on the show, the Tele was invited along to the all important dress rehearsal.
Layla-Rose Canney, five, grinned from ear to ear as she took the starring role of Mary.
She said: "It feels great as we get to sing songs to all our friends and families."
Also relishing his moment in the spotlight was Aaron Livingston, five, who stood in for pupil Kyle O'Donnell to play Joseph at the dress rehearsal.
Aaron said: "I'm so excited to be on the stage."
Class teacher Maria Moses said the whole school has pulled together to make it a very special show.
She said: "The children have absolutely loved it.
"We always get a very big turn out with lots of families coming along and the local community always supports us.
"We also invited the nurseries to come along to our dress rehearsal. It's been a great way to end the year."
