Renowned Glasgow chef Nico Simeone is to take Six By Nico to the heart of London's Fitzrovia. 

The restaurant will be located on Charlotte Street, one of London's most respected foodie thoroughfares. 

Londoners will be able to enjoy the pioneering dishes offered by Nico and his team, which re-invents six course menus every six weeks inspired by places, memories and ideas. 

Serving up a progressive and inventive approach to the tasting menu, Six By Nico proves that fine dining can come at an affordable price with all six courses costing only £29.

The London menus will only be slightly increased for his new site to £35 with a wine pairing option of £33. 

The concept began in Glasgow in 2017 from Nico's passion from expermienting with new ingredients and developing and creating new dishes. 

Born in Glasgow to Italian parents, Nico was raised in a family with Mediterranean influences from a young age.

His earliest memories are of his mother’s Italian cooking, helping her in the kitchen and large family meals around the dinner table. 

His colourful career has included stints at Michelin starred Number One at The Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh and his accolades include Young Scottish Seafood Chef of the Year.
