A SIGN urging visitors to go home has been taken down.
This was in Y Felinheli. It is understood the sign was placed near the entrance to the marina.
On Sunday, March 29, a spokesperson from North Wales Police said: "We are aware of an incident in Felinheli where a sign urging visitors to go home was taken down.
"We've spoken to the individual who is a resident and not a visitor.
"Please refrain from speculation and abusive comments on social media and let us deal with the matter."
The force posted an addition comment on Facebook: "We understand your concerns, however please let us deal with the matter.
"Further comments on here are not helpful, and as you can appreciate, we are exceptionally busy at the moment. Diolch yn fawr."
The post attracted more than 100 comments.
