A FUN-loving Greenock family have gone viral on the worldwide web after recording their own versions of famous 90s music videos while under lockdown in their living room.

Kelly-Anne Casement, husband Craig and kids Craig, Sara and Zoe have been keeping themselves - and over 5,000 others - entertained during the coronavirus pandemic.

The mum-of-three, who works for the NHS, uploaded the videos to Facebook to share with family and friends who were in isolation.

But the high-energy clips quickly became a smash hit and have amassed thousands of views from all over the world.

Kelly-Anne said: "When I first heard the announcement that we'd be essentially in lockdown I was extremely emotional.

"I'm really close to my family so I actually cried with the uncertainty of it all.

"I wanted to keep things as normal as possible for the kids, so thought we'd try have some fun to keep our mind off everything.

"Never did I expect to get a response like this."

Kelly's girls, Sara, six, and Zoe, three, are keen dancers, so the family were able to create the 90s looks from dance costumes and the dressing up box.

The family's first go at the music videos was soundtracked by the Spice Girls, and since then they have uploaded videos dancing to Britney Spears and Aqua.

Kelly told the Tele: "My husband, Craig is such good fun, he is so full of carry-on.

"My oldest at first was a bit apprehensive, but now he's getting right into it.

"As for the girls, they love it.

"I told my youngest we'd be doing another and she's been wishing the days away until it's time to do it all again."

Kelly and husband Craig, who is an executive driver, are delighted that their family videos are bringing people so much joy, especially in what are really unprecedented circumstances.

The mum-of-three, whose children attend All Saints Primary, added: "I have had messages from strangers telling me how much they are enjoying the videos.

"A woman actually approached me in Morrisons to say that even though she didn't know us, we were bringing her a lot of joy.

"It's so lovely how supportive everyone is being of something that started just as a stress buster for our family."
