A DEAL signed by Ferguson Marine has been recognised with a prestigious commercial property award.
The four-year lease on 77,000 sq ft of industrial space at Cartsdyke Avenue in Greenock won a top industrial leasing title as part of the CoStar awards programme.
Gourock property company Bowman Rebecchi worked as joint agents on the deal, representing the landlords Dalglen.
Bowman Rebecchi director Andrew Bowman said: "To walk away with an award in our first quarter of trading provides the business with further impetus to support the commercial property market across the west coast of Scotland."
