A MAN has been charged with dangerous driving following an alleged incident in Kilmacolm.
Police were carrying out vehicle checks in the village on Monday afternoon when the 20-year-old driver failed to stop his vehicle.
It is alleged that he sped off, 'endangering members of the public'.
He was later traced and charged with a number of alleged road traffic offences.
