Rubbish
COMPLAINTS were made after rubbish was left lying all over a town centre street.
Litter was strewn at the side of the Red nightclub premises on Cross Shore Street.
The Telegraph alerted council bosses, who told us while there was no record of local authority ownership they would 'encourage people to dispose of their rubbish responsibly'.
