RACIAL abuse was allegedly hurled at a fast food worker on Greenock's Newton Street.
Two men aged 55 and a woman of 42 have been arrested over a claimed racially aggravated breach of the peace.
The incident is said to have occurred at around 8pm on Thursday evening.
A report has been sent to the procurator fiscal.
