Teen to appear in court after being found with 'drugs and scissors'
POLICE found heroin in a car after stopping a driver on the A8 at Port Glasgow Road in Greenock on Monday afternoon.
Officers say they could smell drugs from the vehicle, which resulted in a search.
They uncovered a quantity of blue tablets and wraps containing a brown powder believed to be heroin.
A 31-year-old man has been arrested for alleged driving and misuse of drug offences and he is scheduled to appear before a sheriff at a later date.
