DETECTIVES are hunting a pair of armed thugs who robbed a takeaway delivery driver.
The duo accosted the man in a close in Greenock’s east end last night.
The 37-year-old was threatened by two weapon-wielding men who forced him to hand over the food.
They then stole his car.
It was later recovered a short distance away.
The robbery took place in John Wilson Street.
No description of the robbers has been issued.
Detectives are appealing for witnesses and anyone with information is urged to contact Greenock CID on 101.
