THE site of a former Greenock nightspot is available available for rent.
Located in West Stewart Street, the building - which was once a nightclub, restaurant and bar - was bought over by new owners in May.
Commercial property company Bowman Rebecchi is seeking offers of £18,000 a year to form a new lease.
The end terrace unit in a block, the building has an open-plan seating area and the basement covers 3,753 sq ft.
The property qualifies for 100 per cent rates relief through the small business bonus scheme, subject to the status of the occupier.
