FORMER Morton stalwart Andy Bryan has expressed his gratitude to fans after being appointed Dundee United's new kitman.
Bryan, who started out at the Ton as a ball boy and went on to became a Cappielow hall of fame recipient, left the club in March after being suspended for breaching betting rules and being disciplined by the SFA.
Andy said: “To get a job in the current climate with everything going on has been brilliant and to have a job back in football is even better.
"I’m looking forward to a new chapter in my life.
“I’ve had lots of messages from Morton wishing me good luck in my new role and that’s been really nice.
"It's been an amazing response from them, I really am touched by it.
“Hopefully United draw them in the cup and I can get to see some familiar faces, sooner rather than later.
“I wish the Morton supporters nothing but the best and hopefully they have a great season in the upcoming campaign."
